Antoine Roussel was released from his tryout with the Flyers on Thursday, Adam Kimelman of NHL.com reports.Roussel has appeared in 607 games over the course of his 10-year NHL career with stops in Dallas, Vancouver and Arizona. Given his experience, the veteran winger may still be able to land a permanent deal in the NHL this season but otherwise may have to settle for a move overseas for the first time in his professional career.
