Colin Fraser: Announces retirement Wednesday
Colin Fraser announced his retirement from professional hockey Wednesday, Jon Rosen of LA Kings Insider reports.Fraser signed a contract with the Nurnberg Ice Tigers of the German Ice Hockey League in June, but decided to retire from professional hockey mid-season due to "personal reasons." The 30-year-old three-time Stanley Cup Champion racked up 58 points (20 goals, 38 assists) in 359 career NHL games.
