Astros manager A.J. Hinch said following Tuesday's game against the Orioles that pitcher Samuel Deduno will not need surgery after visiting a hip specialist, according to the Houston Chronicle. Deduno, who suffered a setback during a Triple-A rehab assignment, will start a rehab program in the near future.
