The Athletics are juggling their starting rotation and the Dodgers made a roster move.

  • Travis Blackley's next start will be pushed back, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reported. Tommy Milone will pitch Friday, Jarrod Parker on Saturday and Bartolo Colon on Sunday, with Blackley returning to the rotation following the All-Star break.
  • The Dodgers have placed Todd Coffey on the disabled list with an injured elbow, Ken Gurnick of MLB.com reported. Shawn Tolleson, who was demoted Monday, makes a quick return to the roster.
