Pete Mackanin has declared that Phillies outfielder Domonic Brown (concussion) will not return this season, CSN Philadelphia reports.
Brown has been sidelined since suffering the head injury on Sept 2. He finishes the year slashing .228/.284/.349 with five home runs in 189 at-bats.
He will be a non-tender candidate this winter given his struggles the past two seasons.
