Mets pitcher Daisuke Matsuzaka has been activated from the disabled list, according to ESPN.
Matsuzaka has been sidelined since July 24 due to an elbow injury. He's been able to get through his rehab starts and is ready to return. Matsuzaka will take Vic Black's spot on the active roster.
