Giants catcher Buster Posey had a rather historic night at the plate on Friday. In the second inning, Posey singled and later stole second, his first stolen base since 2013.
Then, in the next inning, Posey connected for a grand slam home run, his 10th longball of the season.
According to Elias, Posey has become the first Giants catcher since 1903 to steal a base and hit a grand slam in the same game.
Overall on Friday, Posey went three for four, with four RBI and two runs scored in the 9-5 victory over the Dodgers. He's batting .297 on the season.
