Kevin Gausman an option to start Sunday at Boston

Orioles manager Buck Showalter said starting pitcher Kevin Gausman will start for Class A Aberdeen Wednesday, but he is still an option to start Sunday at Boston. Showalter said Gausman will have an abbreviated start for Aberdeen.
