Marlins first baseman Jeff Baker left Tuesday's game against the Red Sox after one inning with left oblique pain, according to the Miami Herald.
Baker struck out in his only at-bat before being replaced in the bottom of the second inning. Michael Morse moved from left field to first base, with Ichiro Suzuki entering the game in left.
The Marlins have not provided any further updates on Baker's status.
