Marlins third base coach Brett Butler is being reassigned, according to CBSSports.com Baseball Insider Jon Heyman. Butler is taking over as the outfield and baserunning coach, while Lenny Harris takes over as the third base coach.

Butler is in his second season with the Marlins after a five-year stint as the manager for the Diamondbacks' Triple-A team. Butler played 17 seasons in the majors with the Braves, Indians, Giants, Dodgers and Mets.

Harris is in his fourth season with the Marlins and first season as assistant hitting coach. Harris played 18 seasons in the majors with the Dodgers, Mets, Rockies, Diamondbacks, Brewers, Cubs and Marlins. Harris is the all-time leader in major-league history with 212 pinch-hits.
