Nationals pitcher Erik Davis, who is working his way back from Tommy John surgery in 2014, completed his rehab assignment at Class A, and the team has optioned him to Triple-A Syracuse.
Davis appeared in 10 games for the Nationals in 2013 before needing to undergo the surgery right before the start of the 2014 season.
