Red Sox starter Wade Miley (3-4) threw seven solid innings on Tuesday, allowing two runs on seven hits while striking out seven to earn the win against the Rangers.
The outing was the righty's second consecutive strong start, as Miley tossed 6 2/3 scoreless innings for a win last time out.
"Getting into more of the rhythm, you create a little confidence with a good [game] then another good one," Miley said.
Miley's next start is set for Sunday against the Rangers.
