Rockies pitcher Yohan Flande (knee) will be bumped off his scheduled start Friday against the Dodgers, MLB.com's Thomas Harding reports.
Flande, who was forced to exit his start last week against the Padres after taking a line drive to the knee, said that he had showed improvement in recent days, but he's yet to receive clearance for weight-bearing activity.
The Rockies will go with David Hale for Friday's start and hope that Flande will be ready to pitch by the following week.
