That means the team will get a draft pick as compensation if he signs with another team. Twelve of 13 FAs who got qualifying offers rejected them; Cincy's Nick Martinez was the exception.

Muñoz, 24, had a mediocre 4.24 ERA in 38 appearances (1 start) in 2024 in High A/Double A, but totaled 75 Ks, 22 walks & only 3 HR in 51 IP.
