Quinn signed a minor-league contract with the Brewers on May 24.
Quinn had been at Triple-A Columbus in the Guardians organization before being released in early May following a slow start. He's hitless so far in two games with Triple-A Nashville but offers the Brewers some veteran depth capable of playing all three outfield spots.

Guardians' Roman Quinn: Reassigned to minor-league camp
Quinn was assigned to minor-league camp on Saturday, Zack Meisel of The Athletic reports.
Quinn recorded an .875 OPS in 16 games this spring, though that came with a 38.9 percent strikeout rate. As a non-roster invitee, he always had an uphill battle in front of him, but he could still get a chance whenever the Guardians need another outfielder.

Guardians' Roman Quinn: Mashing early in spring
Quinn has three home runs through two Cactus League games.
Quinn did some damage in Monday's 12-4 win over the Cubs, going 2-for-3 with a pair of homers and five RBI. The 29-year-old outfielder is in Guardians camp as a non-roster invitee after signing a minor-league deal in January. His path to making the big-league roster is still pretty crowded, but he could win a spot as a bench outfielder over prospect Will Brennan with an impressive spring.

Guardians' Roman Quinn: Catches on with Guardians
Quinn signed a minor-league contract with the Guardians on Wednesday, Zack Meisel of The Athletic reports.
Quinn's deal with Cleveland includes an invitation to big-league spring training, allowing the 29-year-old to have an opportunity to prove his value prior to the upcoming 2023 campaign. The outfielder appeared in 44 games last season as a member of the Phillies and Rays, batting .215 with five extra-base hits, seven RBI, 15 runs scored and four stolen bases over 79 at-bats. Quinn has yet to play in more than 50 major-league contests during a season at any point in his seven-year career, making him an unlikely candidate to have much of an impact on the Guardians in 2023.

Roman Quinn: Enters free agency
Quinn cleared outright waivers Thursday and became a free agent, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Quinn played in 44 games between the Phillies and Rays in 2022 and posted a .215/.287/.304 slash line in 87 plate appearances. The light-hitting outfielder is unlikely to receive anything beyond minor-league offers on the open market.

Rays' Roman Quinn: Kicks off rehab assignment
Quinn (knee) began a rehab assignment Tuesday with Triple-A Durham and went 2-for-4 with a home run, a walk, four RBI and an additional run.
He started in center field and played five innings on defense while turning in a big game at the dish in his first action at any level since Aug. 19. Given the length of his absence due to the left knee contusion, Quinn may stick with Durham for at least a couple more games before the Rays decide whether to bring him back from the 10-day injured list prior to the end of the regular season. The 29-year-old could make for an appealing bench piece for the Rays during the postseason due to his speed, defensive acumen and ability to hit from both sides of the plate.

Rays' Roman Quinn: Close to rehab assignment
Quinn (knee) is expected to begin a minor-league rehab assignment during the upcoming week, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Quinn has been on the shelf since Aug. 20 with a left knee contusion. Once reinstated from the 10-day injured list, Quinn will likely serve as a short-side platoon outfielder for Tampa Bay.

Rays' Roman Quinn: Out with knee bruise
Quinn landed on the 10-day injured list with a left knee contusion Saturday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
The injury conveniently means the Rays can keep Quinn in the organization while creating space on the active roster for the return of Manuel Margot (knee). Quinn slashed .262/.340/.405 in 21 games for the Rays prior to the injury, but he also struck out 44.7 percent of the time.

Rays' Roman Quinn: Back on bench against righty
Quinn is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Blue Jays, Neil Solondz of the Rays Radio Network reports.
Though Quinn started in three of the Rays' past four games and temporarily had a clear path to the top spot on the depth chart in center field when Brett Phillips was designated for assignment, Tampa Bay immediately replaced Phillips on the 40-man roster and 26-man active roster with another outfielder in Jose Siri, who was acquired from Houston. During his brief time in the big leagues, Siri has shown more aptitude at the plate than the switch-hitting Quinn, a speed- and defense-oriented player who is better suited for a part-time role. Expect most of Quinn's starting opportunities to come against left-handed pitching moving forward while Siri, Randy Arozarena, David Peralta and Luke Raley all represent greater priorities for the Rays when the team faces righties.

Rays' Roman Quinn: Productive start with new club
Quinn went 2-for-3 with a triple and two RBI on Saturday against the Royals.
Quinn signed with the Rays on Thursday and made his first start with the team Saturday, hitting ninth while playing right field. He delivered a two-RBI triple in the seventh inning to knot the game at three. Even with a number of outfielders currently sidelined in Tampa Bay, Quinn will likely find it difficult to remain in the starting lineup consistently.

Rays' Roman Quinn: Signs with Rays
Quinn signed a major-league contract with the Rays on Thursday, Neil Solondz of the Rays Radio Network reports.
Quinn began the season with the Phillies and slashed just .162/.225/.189 with a double, eight runs, three RBI and four stolen bases over 23 games prior to electing free agency. He landed a minor-league deal with the Royals in early June but was let go Sunday. The 29-year-old will now have an opportunity in the majors after Harold Ramirez (thumb) was placed on the 10-day injured list Thursday. However, Quinn will likely serve in a depth role in the outfield and has limited fantasy value given his lack of success in recent years.

Roman Quinn: Let go by Royals
The Royals released Quinn from his minor-league contract Sunday.
Quinn's stint with Kansas City lasted just over a month after he signed with the organization June 9. He saw action in seven games for Triple-A Omaha, slashing .250/.406/.500 with two home runs and one stolen base across 32 plate appearances. The 29-year-old outfielder will presumably look to catch on with another organization on a minor-league deal.

Roman Quinn: Elects free agency
Quinn cleared waivers and elected to become a free agent Sunday.
He could have accepted an outright assignment to Triple-A Lehigh Valley, but Quinn will instead look to continue his career with a different organization. The 29-year-old switch hitter debuted in the majors in 2016 and has played in only 201 games due to injuries and shaky performance, particularly over the last four seasons, during which he is slashing .200/.278/.315 in 340 plate appearances.

Phillies' Roman Quinn: Dropped from 40-man roster
The Phillies designated Quinn for assignment Wednesday.
Philadelphia elected to prioritize middle-infield depth over outfield depth for its final available bench spot spot, so Quinn will cede his spot on the active roster to Nick Maton, who was called up from Triple-A Lehigh Valley in the wake of everyday second baseman Jean Segura (finger) landing on the injured list. Since Quinn doesn't have minor-league options remaining, the Phillies will have to expose him to waivers, but he'll stick in the organization and report to Lehigh Valley if he goes unclaimed. The speedy 29-year-old went 4-for-5 on stolen-base attempts after he was called up from the minors in late April, but he hit just .162 during his stint with the Phillies.

Phillies' Roman Quinn: Gets another start vs. lefty
Quinn will start in center field and bat ninth in Tuesday's game in Atlanta.
With southpaw Max Fried on the mound for Atlanta, the switch-hitting Quinn will get the nod in center field over the lefty-hitting Odubel Herrera for the second game in a row. While lefty Tucker Davidson started for Atlanta on Monday in the Phillies' 7-3 win, Quinn went 1-for-3 with a double, a walk, two RBI and a run.
