The left-hander joined the Braves as a non-roster invitee in January but was unable to secure a spot in the team's 60-player pool for summer training. Nunn split 2019 between the Double-A and Triple-A levels, and he struggled in the latter with an 8.01 ERA and 2.03 WHIP over 30.1 innings.

    Nunn signed a minor-league contract with the Dodgers on Wednesday, Robert Murray of The Athletic reports. Nunn has found a new home after being cut loose by the Rangers prior to the start of the season. The 28-year-old southpaw spent most of the 2018 campaign in the independent American Association, where he compiled a 3.05 ERA and 1.22 WHIP in 59 innings (11 starts) with the St. Paul Saints.

    Nunn was released by the Rangers on Tuesday, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports. Nunn will look to latch on elsewhere after failing to carve out a role for himself with the Rangers. The 28-year-old pitched in the independent American Association last season after getting cut loose by the Astros, posting a 3.05 ERA and 1.22 WHIP in 59 innings (11 starts) for the St. Paul Saints.
