Huang was selected in the minor-league portion of the Rule 5 Draft by the Pirates in December. The right-hander made 23 appearances -- 13 of those starts -- for Triple-A Sacramento with a 4.40 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 89:31 K:BB across 71.2 innings. He provides depth for the pitching staff but will need to be added to the 40-man roster to help Pittsburgh in 2023.
