  • Angels' Bryce Teodosio: Won't return this season

The Angels announced Sept. 17 that Teodosio (finger) will miss the remainder of the 2024 campaign, per MLB.com. Teodosio fractured his right finger on a bunt attempt against the Twins on Sept. 10. Though he initially remained in that contest, the rookie outfielder was placed on the injured list five days later. Teodosio finishes his first cup of coffee in the majors having gone 1-for-12 with a run and five strikeouts over five games.

  • Angels' Bryce Teodosio: Lands on injured list

The Angels placed Teodosio on the 10-day injured list Sunday due to a right middle finger fracture. Teodosio made an appearance as a pinch runner Saturday in his first game action since he suffered the minor finger fracture Tuesday, and he'll now be sidelined for at least the next 10 days. The 25-year-old will be eligible to return for the final five games of the regular season, though it's unclear if he's expected to be healthy by that point.

  • Angels' Bryce Teodosio: Out again Saturday

Teodosio (finger) isn't in the Angels' lineup Saturday against the Astros, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports. Teodosio hasn't played since suffering a small fracture on his right middle finger Tuesday, and although the team is hopeful he'll be able to return to the lineup soon, a trip to the injured list may be in store for the 25-year-old if he's unable to play Sunday. Taylor Ward, Mickey Moniak and Jordyn Adams will make up Los Angeles' outfield trio while Teodosio watches Saturday's game from the bench.
