Todd Zolecki@ToddZolecki1D agoBraves 6, Phillies 2 Aaron Nola put the Phillies into a 3-0 hole just three batters into the game. The offense had just one hit against Chris Sale in six innings. Phillies go 1-6 on the road trip, following a 2-7 homestand. They are 9-19 and 10 1/2 back in the NL East.

Their right-handed hitters were slashing .176/.257/.275 vs. all left-handed pitching, a failure encapsulated here in the fourth inning, as Chris Sale fans Reyes, Garcia, and Bohm on 13 pitches.
