You know those dunks when the player seems to be climbing a ladder? The dunks when, after making contact with the poor soul trying to protect the rim, he just keeps flying? Utah Jazz swingman Gordon Hayward had one of those in the preseason on Friday. He turned the corner on a pick-and-roll going left to right, attacked the basket and crammed it on Portland Trail Blazers center Joel Freeland with two hands. The Jazz bench reacted appropriately.
Good grief.
