Trail Blazers' Jrue Holiday: Drops 20 points on Memphis
Holiday produced 20 points (6-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 7-7 FT), five rebounds, seven assists and two steals in 25 minutes during Friday's 135-115 victory over the Grizzlies.
It's just the second time in nine games since rejoining the starting lineup that Holiday has scored at least 20 points. The 35-year-old point guard has yet to play 30 minutes in any of those starts as Portland keeps a close eye on his workload following a nearly two-month absence due to a calf injury, and since moving back into the starting five he's averaging 12.9 points, 5.2 assists, 3.4 boards, 1.6 threes and 1.3 steals in 23.0 minutes.

Trail Blazers' Jrue Holiday: Returns with 15 points
Holiday recorded 15 points (6-12 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, six assists and three steals over 29 minutes during Tuesday's 130-125 loss to Phoenix.
Holiday returned to action with a decent performance, but it wasn't enough to alter the outcome against the Suns. Since Holiday's brief absence wasn't injury-related, the veteran should be able to pick up where he left off and continue to provide backcourt support with a steady floor. He has occasionally dipped with subpar scoring totals, but his secondary numbers are able to buoy any shooting shortcomings.

Trail Blazers' Jrue Holiday: Will play Tuesday
Holiday (personal) is available for Tuesday's game against the Suns, Casey Holdahl of the Trail Blazers' official site reports.
Holiday sat out Sunday's loss to Cleveland due to personal reasons, though he'll shed his questionable tag and return to action Tuesday. The veteran point guard has averaged 12.0 points, 5.2 assists and 3.0 rebounds across 22.4 minutes per game in his last five outings. His return will leave fewer minutes available for Caleb Love, Rayan Rupert and Blake Wesley.

Trail Blazers' Jrue Holiday: Questionable for Tuesday
Holiday (personal) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Suns.
Holiday sat out Sunday's contest and could remain unavailable Tuesday due to personal reasons. If the veteran guard is unable to suit up, Caleb Love, Rayan Rupert and Blake Wesley are candidates to see increased opportunities against the Suns.

Trail Blazers' Jrue Holiday: Out for personal reasons
Holiday (personal) will not play Sunday against the Cavaliers.
It's not immediately clear how long Holiday will be away from the team. In his absence, the Trail Blazers could lean more on Caleb Love, Javonte Cooke and Rayan Rupert.

Trail Blazers' Jrue Holiday: Struggles continue Friday
Holiday ended with five points (2-7 FG, 1-3 3Pt), two rebounds and four assists in 22 minutes during Friday's 127-97 loss to the Knicks.
Holiday struggled once again, scoring just five points for the second straight game. Having only recently returned from a lengthy injury-related absence, Holiday has not been able to replicate his production from earlier in the season. While he does remain a must-roster player, managers may have to temper expectations moving forward. In six games over the past two weeks, Holiday has averaged just 11.5 points, 5.0 assists and 1.8 three-pointers in 22.0 minutes per contest.

Trail Blazers' Jrue Holiday: Absent from injury report
Holiday (calf) is off the injury report for Friday's game against Toronto.
Following a 27-game absence with a calf strain recently, the veteran floor general's status is worth noting on the second part of Portland's back-to-back. Holiday has started three consecutive games but has yet to play more than 21 minutes in any of his five outings since the extended absence.

Trail Blazers' Jrue Holiday: Green light to play Thursday
Holiday (calf) is available for Thursday's game against the Heat, Danny Marang of 1080 The Fan Portland reports.
Holiday continues to work his way back from a right calf injury, and he has been cleared to play Thursday after sitting out Sunday's win against the Kings. In his four outings since returning from a 27-game absence, Holiday has averaged 10.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 1.5 threes and 1.0 steals over 19.5 minutes per game.

Trail Blazers' Jrue Holiday: Trending in right direction
Holiday (calf) has been upgraded to probable for Thursday's game against the Heat.
Holiday was shut down for the second half of Portland's back-to-back Sunday due to a right calf injury, but it appears he'll be ready to roll Thursday night barring a last-minute setback. He's logged 21 and 20 minutes in his last two appearances, so the team will presumably keep him around that same mark against Miami, assuming he gets the green light.

Trail Blazers' Jrue Holiday: Questionable for Thursday
Holiday (calf) is questionable to play Thursday versus Miami.
Holiday missed Sunday's win over Sacramento, with that game coming as the second leg of a back-to-back set. With Thursday's game being the first leg of a back-to-back, he may need to spend at least one more game on the inactive list. If Holiday is out again, that'll lead to more minutes for Caleb Love and Javonte Cooke.

Trail Blazers' Jrue Holiday: Not playing Sunday
Holiday (calf) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Kings, Casey Holdahl of the Trail Blazers' official site reports.
As expected, Holiday will be sidelined for the second leg of the Trail Blazers' back-to-back set Sunday while working through a right calf injury, and his next chance to play is Thursday against the Heat. The Blazers will be reinforced with the return of Deni Avdija (back) from a three-game absence, and Caleb Love should also see an uptick in playing time in Holiday's absence.
