Nets' Dennis Schroder: Comes close to double-double
Schroder amassed 14 points (4-17 FG, 2-10 3Pt, 4-4 FT), three rebounds, eight assists and two steals in 34 minutes during Friday's 124-122 loss to the Knicks.
Schroder had a rough showing from the field and needed 17 shots to score 14 points, but he salvaged his fantasy line with his eight assists and two steals. The veteran floor general hasn't recorded a double-double since late October, but he remains productive as the Nets' starting floor general. He's scored in double digits in six games in a row, a span during which he's averaging 17.7 points, 4.5 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 1.3 steals per contest.

Nets' Dennis Schroder: Scores 22 points in close loss
Schroder produced 22 points (7-14 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 4-4 FT), two rebounds and five assists across 37 minutes during Saturday's 105-100 loss to the Cavaliers.
Schroder is having an excellent start to the campaign, and he's reached the 20-point plateau in seven of his 10 appearances this season. The German floor general is doing more than just scoring, though, and he's also handed out five or more assists eight times. That mixture of being a scorer and facilitator gives him a strong floor in most formats, and even though he shares the court with Cameron Johnson and Cam Thomas, Schroder has enough touches and freedom on offense to remain valuable across all formats.

Nets' Dennis Schroder: Muted performance in loss
Schroder closed with seven points (3-7 FG, 1-3 3Pt), five rebounds, four assists and three steals in 33 minutes during Sunday's 106-92 loss to the Pistons.
After a blistering start to the campaign, Schroder has finally cooled off, scoring a combined 16 points in his last two games. As for Sunday night, he posted season-low marks of seven points and four assists. His workload hasn't been impacted, however, and the Nets are clearly confident with him running the show offensively.

Nets' Dennis Schroder: Does a little bit of everything
Schroder contributed nine points (4-12 FG, 1-3 3Pt), seven rebounds, seven assists and three steals over 33 minutes during Friday's 120-112 win over Chicago.
Schroder didn't have the most efficient night from the field Friday, but he managed to produce in other ways and finished second on the Nets in assists and rebounds behind Ben Simmons. It was Schroder's lowest-scoring effort of the regular season, but he had scored at least 28 points in his prior three outings. For the season, he's averaging 22.0 points on 51.7 percent shooting, 8.0 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 1.2 steals over 35.0 minutes per game.

Nets' Dennis Schroder: Explodes for 33-point performance
Schroder totaled 33 points (11-14 FG, 6-9 3Pt, 5-5 FT), two rebounds, eight assists and one steal over 34 minutes during Wednesday's 119-106 victory over the Grizzlies.
Schroder reached a new season-high scoring mark with this impressive outing, as he took over the game offensively in a game where Cam Thomas struggled with his shot. Schroder has opened the season on a tear and has reached the 20-point mark in four straight contests, averaging 27.5 points and 8.5 assists per game while shooting a blistering 61 percent from the field in that span. Some regression is bound to happen, but the German floor general will remain as one of the Nets' go-to players on offense every time Brooklyn takes the floor.

Nets' Dennis Schroder: Double-doubles in loss
Schroder recorded 28 points (10-18 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 3-4 FT) and 14 assists in 42 minutes during Tuesday's overtime loss to the Nets.
Schroder set an early-season high in assists Tuesday while also posting his first double-double of the year. With Schroder starting alongside Cam Thomas, Brooklyn has had one of the most productive backcourts to begin the 2024-25 campaign. Schroder has now made at least five threes in back-to-back games.

Nets' Dennis Schroder: Scores 29 points vs. Milwaukee
Schroder chipped in 29 points (8-15 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 8-8 FT), four rebounds, six assists and one steal across 35 minutes during Sunday's 115-102 win over the Bucks.
Schroder was the Nets' second-leading scorer Sunday behind Cam Thomas (32) and tied with Ben Simmons for most assists on the team. Schroder has logged at least six assists in each of the first three games of the regular season, and over that span he's averaging 20.7 points on 46.5 percent shooting, 6.3 assists, 2.7 rebounds and 1.0 steals across 33.7 minutes per game.

Nets' Dennis Schroder: Drops 20 points Friday
Schroder produced 20 points (7-12 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), one rebound, six assists and one steal in 32 minutes during Friday's 116-101 loss to the Magic.
Schroder scored a season-high 20 points in the loss, turning in another decent performance. Despite his limitations, Schroder typically finds a way to do just enough to remain fantasy-relevant, much like he has done to begin the season. His long-term outlook is far from enticing, given the Nets could look to move him or lean into their youth a little more as the season progresses. For now, he deserves a roster spot in most formats, particularly for anyone seeking points and assists.

Nets' Dennis Schroder: Modest production in loss Friday
Schroder closed with 12 points (3-11 FG, 1-5 3PT, 5-6 FT), three assists, two steals and one rebound in 35 minutes during Friday's 116-112 preseason loss to the Raptors.
Schroder played a team-high 35 minutes, delivering modest yet serviceable production. Coming into the regular season, Schroder will be battling with Ben Simmons for the starting point guard role. Both are worth taking a flyer on late in drafts, just in case either can establish themselves as the clear-cut choice. Simmons is also no stranger when it comes to injuries, meaning Schroder could simply land the role by default at some point.

Nets' Dennis Schroder: Scores 13 points Monday
Schroder posted 13 points (4-8 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT), two rebounds, seven assists and a block across 25 minutes in Monday's 131-92 preseason win over the Wizards.
Schroder has been playing alongside Ben Simmons in the backcourt during the preseason. It wouldn't be surprising if the duo starts together on Opening Night against the Hawks on Oct. 23, especially if Nic Claxton (hamstring) remains unavailable. Schroder made 80 appearances during the 2023-24 regular season while suiting for the Raptors and Nets, averaging 14.0 points, 6.1 assists and 3.0 rebounds across 31.1 minutes per contest.

Schroder delivered 26 points (10-17 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, nine assists and a steal in Friday's 85-71 win over France.
Schroder co-led the Germans in scoring in the win, as Franz Wagner also delivered 26 points, and he also made his presence felt as a playmaker thanks to his game-high nine assists. Schroder has been nothing short of sensational in the current Olympics and should be one of Germany's go-to players in the knockout stages.

Schroder tallied 20 points (7-13 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six assists, four steals and three rebounds across 32 minutes in Germany's 86-73 win over Brazil in the Paris Olympics on Tuesday.

Through two group-phase games, Schroder has accumulated 33 points and 18 assists. The veteran point guard will be expected to lead the squad alongside Franz Wagner in the group phase and beyond.
