Randle produced 11 points (3-10 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 5-6 FT), six rebounds, four assists and one steal over 28 minutes during Wednesday's 153-128 loss to the Clippers.
Randle was coming off a 14-point performance in the loss to the Lakers during the first leg of this back-to-back set, and the veteran forward continues to ride a woeful stretch in which his scoring numbers have fallen off significantly. This was his fourth straight game without reaching the 20-point mark. Over that stretch, the veteran forward is shooting 41.3 percent from the floor and 16.7 percent from three, numbers well below his season-long averages.

Randle was the most consistent starter during the loss, but his total fell well below his seasonal average of 21.2 points. Randle shook off a questionable tag due to lower-back spasms to suit up Sunday. Although he was held scoreless in the first quarter, the veteran forward still finished in double figures after scoring just four points on 1-of-10 shooting during Thursday's win over the Clippers. Randle wasn't very efficient on the offensive end in this one, though he did dish out a team-high mark in assists. The 31-year-old has struggled offensively in five outings since the All-Star break, during which he has averaged 12.4 points, 5.4 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game while shooting 35.7 percent from the field.

Randle sank only one of his 10 shot attempts in the win, leaving one to wonder if his thumb injury continues to be an issue. There's no evidence that he re-aggravated the injury, but the season-low total is definitely uncharacteristic for the standout big man. Randle's best quality this season has been his availability.
