Mulder will join the Grizzlies for training camp and should compete with Jacob Gilyard for third-string guard minutes. The 29-year-old led all G League players with 129 made threes last season.

Celtics' Mychal Mulder: Joining Celtics for Summer League
Mulder will play for the Celtics during the 2023 Summer League season, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.
While Mulder has some NBA experience, he spent the 2022-23 campaign solely in the G League with the Sioux Falls Skyforce. Mulder posted 17.3 points, 3.6 boards and 2.7 assists per contest last season and shot 40.4 percent from beyond the arc. He'll try to put his sharpshooting talents on display during Summer League and land in training camp somewhere.

Mulder erupted for a career-best 40 points Thursday, burying nine triples and finishing with a team-best 34 plus-minus in the win. Although Mulder isn't typically the Skyforce's primary scorer, he has shown the ability to score in bunches when his three-ball is falling.

The 27-year-old averaged 4.1 points and 1.4 rebounds across 17 games played last year. The Exhibit 10 deal leaves open the possibility that he will open the season with the team's G League affiliate.

Heat's Mychal Mulder: Signs with Heat
Mulder agreed to an Exhibit 10 contract with the Heat on Sunday.
Mulder will embark on his third stint with the Heat after he was most recently waived by the team in July while he was one of the organization's two two-way players. Since he'll be joining the Heat on an Exhibit 10 deal, Mulder is unlikely to be part of the Heat's opening night roster and instead likely to begin the season with the G League's Sioux Falls Skyforce. The 28-year-old wing appeared in 17 games at the NBA level last season with the Magic and Heat, averaging 4.1 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.0 three-pointers in 14.1 minutes per contest while shooting just 31.2 percent from the field.
