  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Starting Wednesday

Shamet is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's matchup with the Jazz, Steve Popper of Newsday reports. Shamet is getting a spot start with Josh Hart (knee) unavailable. Over nine starts this season, Shamet has posted averages of 9.4 points, 2.4 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.9 triples per contest on 41/36/74 shooting splits.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Will play Sunday

Shamet (neck) is available for Sunday's game against the Lakers, Steve Popper of Newsday reports. Shamet popped up on Saturday's injury report as questionable due to a neck strain, but the veteran wing has been given the green light to play in Sunday's matinee. He has averaged 11.7 points, 1.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 2.1 threes over 24.3 minutes per game since the All-Star break.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Questionable for Sunday

Shamet is questionable for Sunday's game against the Lakers with a neck sprain. Shamet could be a candidate for a maintenance day for the front end of this back-to-back set. If Shamet is unable to play, Jordan Clarkson could be more involved for the Knicks.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Plays well off bench

Shamet logged 14 points (5-9 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 4-5 FT), three rebounds and two assists in 31 minutes during Wednesday's 103-100 loss to the Thunder. Shamet continues to be a steady presence with the second unit in New York, though his fantasy appeal remains limited to deeper formats. Over his last eight games, he's averaging 25.0 minutes with 11.9 points, 1.6 assists, 1.3 rebounds and 2.1 three-pointers.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Limited impact in loss

Shamet totaled two points (1-5 FG, 0-3 3Pt), two rebounds, one assist and one steal across 20 minutes during Tuesday's 109-94 loss to Cleveland. Shamet has been pretty solid for the most part in recent weeks, so this was just a small bump in the road. Over his last nine games, he's averaging 10.8 points, 2.2 assists, 1.9 rebounds and 2.2 three-pointers in 27.1 minutes per game.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Not starting vs. Detroit

Shamet won't start Thursday's game against the Pistons. With OG Anunoby (toe) back in the lineup following a four-game absence, Shamet will slide back to the bench. As a reserve this season (21 appearances), the eighth-year swingman has averaged 9.6 points in 20.4 minutes per tilt.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Starting Sunday vs. Boston

Shamet is in the Knicks' starting lineup against the Celtics on Sunday, James L. Edwards III of The Athletic reports. OG Anunoby (toe) has been ruled out for Sunday's game, so Shamet will take the former's place in the Knicks' starting lineup alongside Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart, Mikal Bridges and Karl-Anthony Towns. It will be Shamet's seventh start of the season and first since Nov. 22 against the Magic. He has averaged 14.5 points, 2.0 assists. 1.8 rebounds and 3.8 threes over 26.0 minutes per game over his last four outings.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Stays hot from downtown

Shamet registered 16 points (6-15 FG, 4-10 3Pt), two rebounds and three assists in 36 minutes off the bench during Wednesday's 134-127 double-overtime win over the Nuggets. The journeyman wing has caught fire from long range in February. Shamet has drained at least four three-pointers in three straight games, a stretch in which he's averaging 17.7 points, 4.7 threes, 1.7 boards and 1.7 assists in 27.7 minutes a contest from the second unit while shooting 52.8 percent from the floor and 53.8 percent (14-for-26) from beyond the arc.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Cashes six threes

Shamet totaled 23 points (8-13 FG, 6-10 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds and one assist across 26 minutes in Sunday's 112-100 win over the Lakers. Shamet provided a sizable spark off the bench in Sunday's win, finishing second on the Knicks in scoring behind OG Anunoby. The veteran guard has a knack for heating up from deep, shooting 43.5 percent from three through 24 appearances and knocking down six triples in a game three times this season.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Inefficient again in win

Shamet registered three points (1-6 FG, 1-4 3Pt), one rebound and two assists across 19 minutes during Friday's 127-97 win over the Trail Blazers. Shamet continues to struggle from the floor, having shot a combined 4-for-19 from the field in the past three games. For a player whose fantasy appeal is built around his ability to score from the perimeter, it has certainly not been an ideal period. Managers should continue to view him as a three-point streamer, although one that comes with an element of risk.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Goes 6-for-6 from deep

Shamet supplied 18 points (6-7 FG, 6-6 3Pt), one rebound, two assists, one block and two steals in 15 minutes during Wednesday's 120-66 victory over the Nets. Shamet appeared to shake off all signs of rust in New York's rout against Brooklyn. The Knicks reserve played in his fourth game after a nearly two-month absence due to shoulder sprain and scored more than in his three prior contests combined Wednesday night. Shamet's shooting is one way for him to earn playing time in a deep New York backcourt.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Drills two triples in return

Shamet (shoulder) recorded six points (2-7 FG, 2-7 3Pt) and one steal in 16 minutes Thursday in the Knicks' 126-113 loss to the Warriors. Shamet took the court for the first time since Nov. 22 after missing nearly two months while recovering from a right shoulder sprain. Even with Jalen Brunson (ankle) sitting out Thursday, Shamet held a relatively limited role off the bench, and the 16-minute workload he received could be fairly close to the norm for the veteran shooting guard moving forward. Unless he unexpectedly sees his playing time tick up dramatically in the games to come, Shamet should be viewed as little more than a streaming option for three-pointers in deeper fantasy leagues.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Will play Thursday

Shamet (shoulder) will play Thursday versus the Warriors, Steve Popper of Newsday reports. This will be Shamet's first game since Nov. 22, so he'll likely have some minutes restrictions in his first game back. Managers in most leagues can take a wait-and-see approach with Shamet.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Upgraded to questionable

Shamet (shoulder) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Warriors, Steve Popper of Newsday reports. Shamet has a chance to conclude nearly a two-month stay on the sidelines with a sprained shoulder. His return would create a logjam for playing time in the backcourt with Tyler Kolek, Miles McBride and Jordan Clarkson, though Jalen Brunson (ankle) is unavailable for Thursday.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Practices Tuesday

Shamet (shoulder) practiced Tuesday, Kristian Winfield of the New York Daily News reports. Shamet has been out since November due to a shoulder injury, but he appears to be in the final stages of his rehab process. He's already been ruled out for Wednesday's game, and the Knicks will likely want him to get through a few practices before he's cleared to return, so it's unlikely he'll play Thursday versus the Warriors.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Ruled out for Sunday

Shamet (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Trail Blazers. Shamet hasn't played since Nov. 22 due to a right shoulder sprain and remains without a timetable for a return. He progressed to on-court activities in late December, though he should be considered doubtful for future contests until the Knicks provide an update on his recovery.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Remaining out vs. LAC

Shamet (shoulder) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Clippers. Shamet hasn't played since Nov. 22 due to a right shoulder sprain and is without a clear timetable for a return. The 28-year-old swingman returned to on-court basketball activities in late December and can be considered doubtful ahead of Friday's game against the Suns until the Knicks offer an update on his status.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Progressing in recovery

Shamet (shoulder) has progressed to on-court basketball activities but has not been cleared for contact yet, Steve Popper of Newsday reports. Shamet suffered a right shoulder sprain in a loss to Orlando on Nov. 22 and was recently re-evaluated. While it's a promising sign that the 28-year-old swingman has been cleared to return to basketball activities, he can still be considered week-to-week until the Knicks provide another update on his progress.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Still out with shoulder sprain

Shamet (shoulder) is out for Thursday's game against the Cavaliers. Shamet was given a four-week timetable for a return after being diagnosed with a sprained right shoulder back on Nov. 26, though the Knicks haven't yet offered an update on his recovery. With the veteran sharpshooter still looking week-to-week, Jordan Clarkson and Tyler Kolek should both continue to handle an expanded role.

  • Knicks' Landry Shamet: Out for at least four weeks

Shamet (shoulder) will be re-evaluated in four weeks, Shams Charania of ESPN reports. Shamet sustained a right shoulder sprain in Saturday's loss to the Magic, and he's now facing a lengthy absence. The veteran sharpshooter's timetable suggests his earliest possible return date is the Dec. 25 matchup against the Cavaliers, but he could be sidelined until the new year. With Shamet on the shelf, Miles McBride and Jordan Clarkson are both worth monitoring in fantasy leagues.
