Sean Lee will have one of the inside LB spots and the other will stem from a competition between Bruce Carter and newly added free agent Dan Connor. Carter should be fully rehabbed from an ACL injury from 2010 and adds speed to the position. Connor, a college teammate of Lee at Penn State, is a solid tackler.
