Punter Spencer Lanning wasn't out of a job long. He has been signed by the Buccaneers three days after being waived by Cleveland.
Lanning averaged 44.3 yards a boot last season with a net of 39.2. Both numbers represented an improvement from 2013, but were not enough to keep him employed with the Browns.
