The Buccaneers have signed guards Roger Allen and Howard Barbieri as well as linebacker Dom DeCicco. To make room for them they waived cornerback Mason Robinson and tackles Brice Schwab and Jason Weaver.
Additionally, punter Michael Koenen was removed from the Non-Football Injury list.
