The Buccaneers promoted wide receiver Skye Dawson from the practice squad Wednesday to take the roster spot of Rashaan Melvin, who went on injured reserve. The Bucs also added tackle Emmett Cleary and safety Nick Saenz to the practice squad, while releasing tackle Randy Richards.
