The Cardinals have confirmed what had been reported - that they have signed free agent tight end Joseph Fauria.
Fauria, who was recently released by Detroit, peaked in 2013 with seven touchdowns out of his 18 receptions. But he caught only six passes last year with one score.
"We know he can catch the ball," Arizona offensive coordinator Harold Goodwin told the team website. Hopefully he can contribute on Sunday."
