The Chiefs made two roster moves on Thursday, per KansasCity.com.
The team released guard Ricky Henry, who spent last season on the team's practice squad.
The Chiefs also signed tight end Ryan Taylor, who was a Green Bay draft pick in 2011 and had eight catches in 45 games with the team.
