WR Riley Cooper is getting a lot of reps during Friday’s minicamp practice and he’s already made a couple of nice catches. Cooper, a third-year player from Florida has the inside track to be the No. 4 WR, but he’ll be challenged by rookie Marvin McNutt, a sixth-round pick from Iowa.
