Former Giants starting MLB Jonathan Goff signed a free-agent contract with NFC East rival Washington. Goff missed last season with a torn ACL. The Giants re-signed Chase Blackburn and have discussed moving Michael Boley to the middle, where he plays in nickel coverages already.
