Coach Chan Gailey is encouraged by what he's seen from DE Shawne Merriman (Achilles) as the Bills kick off their second week of OTAs. "He looks quick to me," Gailey said. "He’s coming off the edge with that same speed and quickness that I remember. It looks good right now. The best thing about it is he says he feels good. (He's not) feeling something, trying to hide something or limping."
