As expected, several key Steelers have been ruled out for the Sunday game against the Jets with injuries, including cornerback Ike Taylor (forearm), safety Troy Polamalu (knee) and linebacker Ryan Shazier (ankle). Also injured and out are safeties Shamarko Thomas and Ross Ventrone, both with hamstring ailments.
Guard Chris Hubbard and quarterback Landry Jones are the lone healthy scratches.
