The Seattle Seahawks are leading the NFC West, but they haven't exactly looked like themselves all season. Russell Wilson's mobility has been limited by several injuries, and his effectiveness has waned as he's not been able to make plays outside the pocket. As a result, the Seattle offense, one of the most efficient in the league over the last few seasons, has struggled.

Luckily for the Seahawks, the defense has played just about as well as ever. Things are going to be more difficult for them over the next few weeks, though, as Michael Bennett recovers from knee surgery. Without him, they'll need the Legion of Boom and their linebackers to step up their play even more.

This week, the Seahawks will come up against one of the biggest ground game tests in the league, whether LeSean McCoy is able to play or not. (He's expected to suit up.) The Buffalo Bills have one of the NFL's most dangerous rushing attacks, what with McCoy and Tyrod Taylor putting pressure on defenses in the way Seattle's running backs and Wilson have over the years.

Can the Seattle defensive front hold that running game under control enough so that Wilson and the offense don't necessarily have to be explosive? We'll find out Monday night.

The Bills have lost two straight, while the Seahawks have a tie and a loss the past two weeks. But the Seahawks were on the road for both. Now they get back home and get back on track. The Bills have issues. Seattle wins it.
