LB DeAndre Levy, S Amari Spievey and DE Cliff Avril didn't attend OTA workouts Monday. Avril hasn’t signed his franchise tag tender and said he won't attend workouts without a contract. No reason was given for Levy or Spievey’s absence, but Jim Schwartz said the team was aware of both players’ future workout participation plans.
