Patrick Mannelly, the team's 15-year veteran long snapper, is practicing after suffering a torn ACL at the end of last season. "He got back the last part of OTAs," STs coordinator Dave Toub said. "He's running down on punts and protecting. He's in all the team drills, so he's looking real good." Also back at practice Wednesday was rookie WR Alshon Jeffery, who was out with a lower leg injury.
