NT Earl Mitchell has bulked up to 308 pounds, 21 more than last season. "It was kind of a conscious effort," said Mitchell in an interview on the team's web site. "I just focused on knowing what I needed to and just kind of with the battles that I was going through, knowing that I needed to weigh a little bit more just to withstand those double teams in playing nose tackle."
