The Panthers have made Thomas DeCoud, Byron Bell, Amini Silatolu, Trai Turner, Philly Brown, Bene Benwikere, and Fozzy Whittaker inactive Week 9 against the Saints.
DeCoud was considered questionable coming into the contest due to a hamstring injury. Brown had previously been ruled out due to a concussion. The other five players are healthy scratches.
