The Panthers ruled out three players for Monday's game against the Patriots in Week 11, after they were unable to get through the week in practice. Linebacker Chase Blackburn (foot), tight end Ben Hartsock (knee) and guard Chris Scott (knee) will all be unavailable due to their injuries.
