With the No. 29 pick in the NFL Draft, the Patriots selected defensive tackle Dominique Easley from Florida.
Easley, who is 6-foot-2, 288 pounds, suffered two ACL tears in college. He came back from a left ACL tear in 2011, then blew out his right ACL last September.
When healthy, Easley has exceptional quickness, constantly playing on the other side of the line of scrimmage. He will provide the Patriots defense and Patriots DST with depth as a rotation player behind Vince Wilfork and Tommy Kelly.
