Bears linebacker Pernell McPhee accumulated a team-high eight tackles and an interception in Sunday's 22-20 win over the Raiders.

The Bears' decision to ink McPhee to a five-year, $40 million deal in March looks to be a wise move through four games. McPhee has been the clear standout player on the Bears' defense, collecting 24 stops and two sacks in addition to the interception.

Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio should continue to devise a variety of blitz packages to maximize McPhee's impact on the opposing passing game.
