Defensive end Anthony Spencer is set to visit the Saints on Tuesday, according to the Times-Picayune.
Spencer, formerly of the Cowboys, hasn't started a game since 2012 despite playing in 14 contests the last two seasons. The 31-year-old has compiled 385 total tackles, 33.0 sacks, 14 passes defensed and 13 forced fumbles in his eight-year career.
