The NFLPA wants the NFL to compel suspended coach Sean Payton, GM Mickey Loomis, former DC Gregg Williams and acting head coach Joe Vitt to attend Monday's appeal hearing concerning player penalties for the bounty scandal, the New Orleans Times-Picayune reported. LB Jonathan Vilma, LB Scott Fujita, DE Will Smith and DL Anthony Hargrove are expected to attend the hearing.
