CB Dominque Rodgers-Cromartie is at Tuesday’s practice after missing Monday’s session because weather caused a delay in his flight to Philadelphia on Monday morning. However, the other starting CB, Nnamdi Asomugha, isn’t here -- he’s been excused to deal with personal matters. So, once again, reserve Joselio Hanson is running with the first team.
