RB Isaiah Pead is back at Rams Park after missing the first two OTA sessions because of the NFL’s graduation rule. Pead spent the time working out at the University of Cincinnati and coach Jeff Fisher said it’s clear that Pead has studied the playbook, “but there’s no substitute for working here.”
