The following players will not suit up for the Bears Friday night against the Seahawks in preseason action: wide receiver Chris Williams, wide receiver C.J. Wilson, cornerback Kyle Fuller, cornerback Isaiah Frey, offensive lineman Eben Britton, center Brian De La Puente, tackle Jordan Mills, defensive end Jared Allen.
