TEs Tony Scheffler and Brandon Pettigrew have quietly productive offfseason. The duo compliment each other and made outstanding catches during minicamp workouts. Scheffler says the continuity on Detroit's offense, which returns all of its 2011 starters, has helped the TEs become an integral part of the game plan. “We've got a lot of time logged as a unit,” he said. “Part of the natural progression is that you start trying to expand guys' roles and give us chances to make plays.”
