Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart and wide receiver Steve Smith have been deemed questionable for the playoff game Sunday against San Francisco with knee issues. Defensive tackle Colin Cole has received the same designation with a calf injury.
Listed as probable are tight end Ben Hartsock (knee) and safety Quintin Mikell (thumb).
